Basic Plan ₦40,000 ₦400,000 annual benefit limit. Basic Plus Plan ₦45,000 ₦500,000 annual benefit limit, with chronic care and wellness benefits. Standard Plan ₦50,000 ₦600,000 annual benefit limit. Maternity cover up to ₦80,000 after 9 months. Standard Plus Plan (ReadyMama) ₦72,500 ₦700,000 annual benefit limit. Full maternity cover after 3 months.
